SHIPPING
UK SHIPPING: I can only ship to the UK orders of value of €170 or more. When checking out, shipping prices will be normal only if you have more than 170€ in your cart. ------- Every order is shipped in 4-5 business days, except for 'Made on order' and 'Finished in Buyer size' items To ship within Italy, I use Posta1 of Poste Italiane or Raccomandata (depending on what you choose). The option for private courrier is also available. Orders usually take from 1 to 5 business days to arrive. While for all other countries I ship with Poste Italiane International Priority Shipping (tracked or not tracked, depending on what you choose) and they take up to 14-30 business days (but it could vary depending on the country). I also have available the option of private courrier (DHL-UPS-Fedex). VERY IMPORTANT: Sometimes orders take longer to arrive (holidays, busy periods or weather problems), before taking any action, please contact me, so I can look into it and investigate and work a solution that satisfy the both of us. If you are concerned with an item arriving within a specific date, please email me before purchasing and we can organize the shipping. Standard shipping does not include a tracking code. If you would like to add one, remember to choose it at the checkout. Take in mind, that unfortunately, certain countries do not update their tracking codes once they reach their borders (Canda for example) I have no power over it, so always consider this risk. If you'd like to avoid this, please message me before ordering, and we can see wthat other Courrier options there are for your country. For some countries and parcels, it may be required a signature upon delivery or the presence of someone at home, unfortunately this is out of my control. If you do not want to have signature upon delivery, please state it when ordering an item. It will be sent with a lower class of shipping, to which you take full responsibility for longer time of transport to you and for no tracking info. If you are not in Italy, please be aware of your country's policies and customs fees before purchasing. If your package is being late at arriving, unfortunately, after I send it and give it to the shipping agent, it is difficult for me to track it down, but I'll do everything in my power to help you track it or find a solution together depending on the situation. PAYMENT
In my shop you can pay via Paypal or Stripe, whom accepts all major credit cards, Apple and Android pay. You don't have a Paypal or Stripe account? Don't worry, they have an option when checking out that gives you the ability to pay with a credit card without an account as well. Every order comes with a receipt of purchase. Please state it in the order if you do not want to have the price included in you receipt's order (for example: in case of a gift sent directly to the recipient). Every piece is unique and hand made, I make a few pieces each year in collection 'batches'. Please know your size and your budget before ordering my jewelry, if you have any doubt, always feel free to message me and I'll be happy to assist you. To avoid the need for refunds or exchanges, PLEASE read shop listings very carefully and look at the photos, I always try to be as precise as possible. If there was a mistake on my end, please contact me and we can discuss the best option. My goal is to satisfy all of my customers. Of course, all orders are subject to EU E-commerce policies. Therefore, you have the possibility of asking for an order cancellation, if the order hasn't shipped yet (except for custom items and items on sale). Or you can ask for a return & refund (except for custom items or items on sale) up to 14 days after receiving your parcel. You will be able to receive a full refund (except for custom items or items on sale) after I receive back the item you purchased (any cost of shipping for sending it back will be at your charge). MY JEWELRY
All of my pieces are crafted and fabricated by my own two hands, from sheet metal and wire, featuring only ethically sourced stones. Nothing is pre-assembled, factory made, or otherwise mass produced except the chains and clasps (unless stated otherwise), which I am not yet able to make with the few tools I have. My handmade process is a slow and detailed craft, which makes each piece unique and one of a kind. I choose and join every piece of metal and stone with purpose and intention, and mostly with a lot of love. |
STONES
Before being a jewelry maker, I was a crystal and stone collector. Therefore I put a lot of value in the stones I use for my art. This is why every stone I use is ethycally mined and is also natural (unless it is stated in the description of each piece, like when it is dyed or enhanced). Stones can in fact endure different precesses to have more strenght, color or durability (they can be heat treated, stabilized or dyed). I usually release pieces in themed collection with certain types of stones for each, but if you are looking for a specific stone, message me. METAL
I purchase all of the metals I use from internationally renowned sellers at the base of the jewelry supply market. I purchase from them to ensure the best quality and that they are ethically sourced. When it's possible, I also occasionally use recycled metal as well, from local recyclers, to alleviate the impact of my craft from our envionment, as purchasing locally, when possible, is always the best option (in this case it is stated in the description of each piece). |

BASIC CARE
Try to avoid any type of hard work or risky activity when wearing jewelry, such as gardening, house cleaning and remove for swimming, showering, applying lotion, playing sports, etc. To properly care for your one-of-a-kind piece, always be very careful when wearing it. These are hand crafted pieces of art with no factory-treatment and made with natural and ethically sourced materials. Stones and crystals are all natural and very delicate, depending on the level of their hardness, if they are porous or water-absorbent. Always inform yourself of the stone you have before wearing it. |
CLEANING YOUR PIECE
Every metal tarnishes or forms a patina over time. It can tarnish either very fast, or very slowly, all depending on how it's handled by you, how much you wear it, sweat, body oil, the level of humidity in the air, and the ph level of your body (if you are alkaline or acidic). When wearing a tarnished piece, it can leave a temporary dark mark on your skin. This process is a perfectly natural result of the way these metals react to oxygen, skin oils, and sweat. It is not a sign of low quality metals or that you are allergic to it. A little tip to remove it is by lighly brushing it (with a soft toothbrush or a damp cotton towel) either with water and baking soda or with water and natural soap. Also remember that patina can change over time, and especially when cleaning, to be careful with it as to not remove any of it. It can also get dirty in general while using it. To remove dirt, fingerprints, oils, simply use a normal polishing (preferably microfiber) cloth. Do not use any type of hard chemical or house-cleaning product as it could remove patina or damage and alter the stones. When not in use, store your piece in a cool dry place. |

RING SIZE
The most reliable way to find out your ring size is to go to a local jeweler and get your measurements. They can either measure your finger or measure a ring you already own that you know fits. Temperature, time of day, activity level, can all affect your finger size. Cold temperatures cause fingers to shrink and warm temperatures cause them to swell. When the knuckle is bigger than the base of the finger, measure both places and pick a size in between the two. |

PACKAGE - GIFT WRAPPING
Every order is shipped safely and wrapped in decorative boxes ready for gift giving. All orders are hand packaged and contain little thank-you gifts inside in addition to your piece. Even if I do not have a standard "gift wrapping", know that my packaging is intentionally designed to look like a gift. So, don't worry about wrapping if the piece is intended for a special someone! It will be carefully packaged. Just a reminder, I add a copy of a receipt in every order, please state in the notes if you do not want it (option only available to countries in the European Union). |
