'All There Is' Collection

‘’It feels right to announce this death-infused collection this day. Just as my 28th solar return begins. See you NEVER AGAIN 27.’’
This is what I wrote thinking of announcing the collection on October 12th and releasing it the 31st, very fitting, I know. But then I had to post-pone it, because the curse of 27 had to go just a tad bit longer than it was supposed to.
Anyhow, here is my newest collection ‘’All there is’’. Because let’s be honest, death really is all there is after life. But that’s not the only reason i chose this title. Years ago, I read the Raven Cycle book series, and I’ve mentioned it before as being an inspiration for past collections (maybe 2021/2022?). It’s an ancient magic-death-friendship-adventure series. And the first thing one of the main carachters says is ‘’It’s all there is’’, and if you know the series, you know how important him, the allegory of death, saying that is. However, the other important thing is, the book is based on them trying to find Owain Glyndŵr, the last welsh king, so expect to see many references on this.
I’ve had to include barn owls, the harbinger’s of death, which I should mention I saw for the first time ever in my garden last year on the even of my 27th birthday (was it a sign?! a big fat YES, cause after that it was all just downhill). And a brand new design that I hope will be a staple in my shop (like the barn owl is), a magical raven!
Inspired by the iconic mourning jewellery or the Victorian era, this collection is coming out December 3rd at 21pm Italian time.

The Sun Mausoleum Locket Necklace

‘The Mausoleum’ is a locket inspired by Victorian-era mourning jewelry. Two glass panels are held in place by sterling silver and copper all around. One side empty to showcase your memento, one covered by an intricate pattern that forms the semblance of an iron gate. The Victorians loved to wear lockets with little memento of passed ones, like hair, photos or small objects that reminded of them. I created this piece with that in mind. You can open and close the locket via a latch on the side.
The gate here is a real life gate I fell in love with and can be found as the entrance to a mausoleum at the medieval cemetery in Bologna.

The Sword In The Geode Locket Necklace

A king is missing his sword, where could it be? It seems stuck on this rock, which opens and sends you to another realm!!
This magical geode opens up to reveal its crystals inside. The sword hilt is decorated with a small Australian turquoise.

'The Entrance to the Underworld' Necklace

‘The entrance to the underworld’ features a stunning and very unusual stone that’s very rarely used in jewelry, it’s pirolusite from Spain that has been sliced and polished on the front.
This piece has been heavily inspired by my visit to the medieval cemetery in Bologna, the entrance and the statue holding the chalice exist in real life.

'The Dead Welsh King's Heart' Necklace

A stunning piece of black onyx, shaped like a heart is held by two skeleton hands. The bones of a dead welsh king. In the back, you can see pictured the mausoleum in which he lays to rest. I carved the small skull myself from a natural cultured freshwater pearl, this is probably the smallest one I ever made.

The Apothecary Black Onyx Necklace

The creepiest apothecary you’ve ever seen. Bones everywhere, locks of hair in jars. Crowns and corn dollies on the shelves.. this is all very weird, and so very on point. All my inspirations for this collection are condensed together in this piece that features black onyx (with a small crystal pit in the back). Spot the skeleton’s hand as the necklace bail!

'The Trees Speak Latin' Onyx Necklace

'The trees speak latin' is the title of this piece because of 'The Raven King' book series. Where the magical place they find called 'Cabeswater' has latin-speaking very scary trees. And at first the characters thought that the trees were making weird and creepy whispering noises, turns out that they just speak latin. Anyhow, the stone is a stunning black onyx with a beautiful colored pattern in the front.

The 3s Key Necklace

To enter the realm of the dead, you’ll need its key, so here I present you the 34th key! Each key necklace I make is counted and unlocks a specific magical place.
This one will let you enter the gates to the unknown. The key holds a small skull-shaped natural freshwater cultured pearl, that I carved myself! On the key the words “mors vincit omnia” are inscribed on it.
This necklace is a small homage to the number 3 as well, the three phases of the moon, three leaves, three words and three points of the crown. As I said, I incorporated the ‘Raven Cycle’ book series magic in this collection, and numbers are very important, as they say “3 is a good number, so is 5 and 7”.
But don’t be fooled by perfection, behind it reveals a snake lingering by.
